Verify that all of the lights on the modem are lit up.
Power your computer down, turn your DSL modem off, wait 15 seconds, turn your DSL modem back on. Once your DSL
lights are back on, turn your computer back on.
Disable any firewall or proxy server that you may have in place, make sure that your computer is hooked up directly to your
DSL modem bypassing any type of router or hub.
