Summary

I cannot download my email, I get to a certain point and it stops downloading. Eventually my connection will time out.

This happens if someone has sent you large attachment. This happens a lot during the holidays due to all the dancing Santa, Elf and Reindeer and Southpark screen savers that folks send back and forth.

It also happens when someone has sent you an image file. Often times these image files are not correctly saved or reduced in file size before the sender has attached them to the email.

If you suspect this is the problem, login to our Web Email system, enter your username and password, then delete the message that is causing the problem.
