Using the Knowledge Base Search Engine

Check the fields that you want to search. Enter the word or words to search for then click the Search button. There are three ways to search for articles or issues:

Command Type Example Result
Space AND Credit Card Returns all articles containing the words Credit and Card
~ OR Credit~Card Returns all articles containing either the word Credit or Card
" " Phrase "Credit Card" Returns all articles containing the phrase Credit Card
